The requirements of the Jackie Robinson Scholarship are that you be a citizen and not possess a 2 or 4 year degree already at the time of application. You must show a minimum SAT score of 1,000 in both critical reading and math or an ACT score of 22. The average scholarship is about $7,500 for the minority high school student that displays the potential in leadership and financial need.

The Jackie Robinson Scholarship is offered by Jackie Robinson Foundation for helping out the students who want to pursue higher studies but do not have enough cash reserve to do so. The foundation of the organization was laid by the wife of baseball legend Mr. Jackie Robinson in the year 1973. The foundation offers a scholarship of $7500 every year.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for Jackie Robinson Scholarship, you must meet certain minimum requirements as mentioned below.
You must be a citizen of the United States.
You must good academic record.
You must have a proof depicting that you are in need of financial help.
You must be in high school and must have an acceptance letter from an accredited collage or university offering a four-year program.
You must also present at least one letter of recommendation.
You must be from the minority community.
You must present leadership skills and potential.
